Today my Kuwaiti partners contacted me with good news. Parade is approved by Higher committee. There is only one but. they might cancel come groups, which I do not know and have no influence on their decision. Final list of the invited groups will be confirmed on Sunday.
Some of the groups will be asked to stay longer period to perform for Hala February festival.
Parade dates are 25th and 26 of February. There will be large scale celebrations, with liberating armies marching in Parade and many other festive programs, of which you will be part of.
At this moment I am required to know the transportation costs from your respective countries to Kuwait at that period. Kindly ask you to check tickets costs for the period
1. arrival on 23 or 24 of February, departure on 27th
2. arrival 13 February departure on 27th.
When you know your tickets prices please send them to me as soon as possible, so I prepare necessary papers and amounts of money to transfer to your travel agencies where tickets will be ordered.
Finally I will talk to each of you separately to discuss your participating conditions and duration, as per committee request.
